Today was day 5 of serving at A Heart For Wisdom school in Cambodia, and it was another amazing day! I spent the morning helping teach English to the 4th and 5th graders and playing on the playground with some of the little girls. Around lunchtime I got to pray with Cassandra while I prepared for my Bible class; that was a sweet time. To finish the school day, I helped teach 5th grade English again and taught a 5th grade Bible class. It thundered and poured down rain right before my Bible class; it was so loud I had to yell to talk to people standing right next to me! It was so cool to experience the weather like that.
After class, half of our team split up to got out and stay at people’s homes in the villages for the weekend. Hayley and I are about to spend our first night in the village. The family is so kind and welcoming! It is such a blessing to see the Lord’s kindness and hospitality through people that you can’t even talk to in your own language. The Lord has been so good to us and has continually blessed us with loving people. I can’t wait to see Him work more as we’re here!
